I LOVE UFO

I Love UFO released its first album in 2006 (‘Wish’ on Record Makers) produced by Vicarious Bliss. Critic and public welcome was unanimous and they were acclaimed as maybe the best rock live performance to be seen in France. A band that could light the flame of rock in this country and compare with american and english combos. On stage as in the studio.
Now the trio has became a quatuor – a second guitarist as joined them – reinforcing its wall of sound into a moving but unreachable fortress. Working more and more on his live experience in such big festivals as Les Eurockéennes, Rock En Seine or La Fête de l’Huma – the band finally started recording its second album.
A long work to set up the songs as they wanted to record them live as much as possible. They somehow seek for the real meaning of rock to make the record sound more powerful and true. Even keeping these little accidents that come with naked truth they gave birth to an album as Nature itself : wild and beautiful.
‘Dirty Animals’ is the proof of this unique energy I Love UFO can produce. A very direct and impressive record. Like an expanding universe – building and exploding itself at will but eternally in motion. Primal and cosmic this new album shows I Love UFO more alive than ever.
